Il a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une pratique tr\u00e8s progressive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La pratique de la m\u00e9ditation<\/strong> est en premier lieu abord\u00e9e dans la pratique des asanas. En effet, dans la pratique du yoga Iyengar, les asanas sont fait individuellement (sans encha\u00eenement) et sont maintenus (30 secondes, 1 minutes, 5 \u00e0 20 minutes selon les postures). Cela permet de s&rsquo;installer en soi, de d\u00e9veloppement de la sensibilit\u00e9, de la conscience. Au quotidien, la pratique du yoga permet de se pr\u00e9parer aux activit\u00e9s et n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de la journ\u00e9e (\u00e9chauffement physique, concentration) et de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer en fin de journ\u00e9e (\u00e9tirement, relaxation). Une pratique courte et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re est plus b\u00e9n\u00e9fique que de longues s\u00e9ances intenses une fois par semaine. Selon notre humeur, notre \u00e9nergie et nos activit\u00e9s, la pratique peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e pour nous accompagner. Sur le long terme, \u00e0 travers la pratique, on d\u00e9couvre qui on est, comment on fonctionne, ce qui nous renforce, nous apaise, et l&rsquo;on appr\u00e9hende mieux les cycles de la vie. J&rsquo;aime prendre l&rsquo;image du m\u00e9nage, tout le monde (avec ses degr\u00e9s d&rsquo;exigence) trouve normal de faire le m\u00e9nage dans sa maison, mais ne trouve pas l&rsquo;utilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;en faire de m\u00eame pour notre \u00eatre : pratiquer le yoga c&rsquo;est dans un 1er temps, faire le m\u00e9nage dans son corps, dans son c\u0153ur et dans sa t\u00eate, pour retrouver de l&rsquo;ordre et de l&rsquo;harmonie.
